Peace Child International (PCI)

PCI empowers youth to create the change they want to see in the world, particularly in the fields of youth employment and sustainability. It manages the EU Youth Job Creation Network of European Youth Job Creation providers, and facilitates job creation trainings around the world. Using co-management techniques, PCI has developed excellent systems for enabling highly successful events. It has organised six World Youth Congresses involving 500 to 1,000 delegates from 150 countries. It has also organised over 30 regional conferences on youth themes. PCI has recently completed a series of 30+ Youth Preparatory Committee Meetings (Prep-Coms) for the Rio+20 Summit – which reached over 15,000 young people and brought 1,000 youth delegates to the UN Heads of State Summit in Rio de Janeiro in June 2012. PCI recently received an award from ‘Search for Common Ground’ in Washington DC attended by Hilary Clinton for their work with young people around the world. https://peacechild.org

Multiple Learning Solutions (MLS)

Working closely with both private and public sector sponsors MLS has an enviable track record of creating innovative education programmes and resources for empowering children and young people to rise to global opportunities in a number of fields including enterprise, sustainability, sport and the arts. MLS devised and wrote the official education programme for London 2012, Get Set, which uses the Olympic and Paralympic Values to inspire children and young people to bring about positive change in their own lives and communities.
