Experimental Group are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a second event with a charity close to our heart, Peace Child International, on March 21st 2019.
For this event we are teaming up to help transform the lives of some of the world’s most marginalised young women In Guinea. The money raised will be put towards their training with the aim of providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to grow a profitable and sustainable catering business and become financially Independent for life. We are particularly enamoured by this cause due to our strong foundations in, and love of hospitality and cuisine.
Taking place at Covent Garden’s Henrietta Bistro our Head Chef Sylvain Rouycayol will be collaborating with Gregory Marchand, Founder of Frenchie our neighbour in both London and Paris, a great friend and Executive Chef in our new project Experimental Chalet.
The chefs will be bringing us six delectable courses true to Henrietta bistros style – small plates inspired by South West France, the Basque Country and the Catalunyan region of northern Spain. Gregory will also be bringing his signature dishes and flair to the kitchen. Revered for creating authentic dishes, which are both daring and sometimes surprising, he will not disappoint. Frenchie Paris received a Michelin star this January!
Priced at £95 per person, the evening will include a Champagne reception followed by an exquisite six course set menu with wine pairings, featuring dishes created on the night by each of the chefs. A silent auction will also take place featuring incredible, money-can’t-buy weekends in London, Paris, Ibiza and Verbier.
The Dinner will take place at the Henrietta Hotel in Covent Garden 21st March 2019. Secured your seats at this prestigious event by paying your attendance tickets here.
