Fundraising at School

There are lots of different ways that you can raise money for Peace Child at school. Read our ideas here or get in touch at info@peacechild.org.

We have years of experience of working in schools.  As such we know just the ways to motivate young people and get them involved in supporting charities.

Put on a play

We have prepared a school play with a global goals youth empowerment message that’s all ready to go! It’s the famous Peace Child Musical that has been attracting crowds across the world and it’s been seen on stage everywhere from the Royal Albert Hall to Russia! We can provide you with the scripts and score sheets. We guarantee your pupils (and their parents!) will love it. We can even introduce the children to the person who wrote the musical and helped to found Peace Child. Ticket sales can be donated to Peace Child International. Get more information now by emailing us at info@peacechild.org

Be an Entrepreneur for a Day

Engage your class by encouraging them to be an entrepreneur for a day. Children get into teams and each have £10 to start with. They then need to see how much they can raise in total, for example through cake sales, car washes or other activities. All proceeds are donated to Peace Child International and the winning team gets a prize! We can also come to your school and give an assembly to talk about how Peace Child International teaches employability and entrepreneurship skills in both the developing and developed worlds.

Non-Uniform Day

Holding a non-uniform day can be a great way to raise money for Peace Child International. Whether the pupils simply wear their own clothes for a day or go all out wearing a silly hat or costume, every pound the children raise will make a difference!

Fundraising Events

Would the pupils like to come up with their own fundraising event? Everything from a sponsored silence, a bake sale or a teacher vs parent race will raise valuable funds. We can help with fundraising ideas and also come in and give an assembly to really motivate the pupils.
